Z650 Silencers
A new reproduction of the Z650 silencer. Can also be used on Z1000 bikes.
You will need to cut the original mid pipe and join these to it.
Hide the joint behind the heat shields. These have multiple gas exit holes.

43053-006 Caliper Shaft O rings x 4
The four little O rings at the front of this picture are critical for effective braking on your bike. They get between the caliper shaft bolts and the caliper mount. This allows the correct floating movement to happen. Genuine rrp is £16.04 per set.
You will often find them missing or worn flat when you service the caliper.Place these into the recess at each side of the Caliper Mount (top right) Then Fit the dust boots as shown. Lube with silicon spray or a light oil. Do not use grease or it will clog up the sliding action.

4 O rings & 4 dust boots - Caliper set
Whilst your caliper shaft bolts are out you may prefer to replace all the O rings and Dust Boots with new parts as they do wear down and degrade with age and contamination from the elements. The only way your fixed inner pad can move properly to give even braking is when these are in good condition.

Bleed Nipple & Cover 43085-001
If your cover is cracked or missing this new one will stretch over the nipple (without removing it). A perfect match for the genuine one (on right).
If your nipple has poor threads or corrosion it can damage that expensive caliper when you tighten it back up after a service or fluid change.
The factory sets (on right) have an rrp of £12.04. You can see our replacements fitted to the caliper on the left and seperately. Nipples have correct m7 x 1mm threads and are more shiny than originals - but this is not seen once the cap is fitted. Save over 50% now.

HT Lead Number Decals
These have been professionally reproduced with white numbers on a black background.

Take care to fit near the plug cap where air can circulate and avoid direct contact with hot engine parts.
Used at the factory to prevent mishaps during maintenance.
Standard fit on the HT leads of most early Zed and KH machines plus later bikes such as the Zephyr range.

5 Pack assorted 10 & 20 amp fuses
Check your fuses now! They should be 25mm long - not the 30mm ones that some use by mistake. On Z650, 900, 1000 etc. you will probably need a 20amp main and two 10 amp lights fuses. Plus one spare of each in the lid holder.

70's Chrome Tyre Valve Tool & Cap
Give a nice original 1970's finish to your wheels with a pair of these chromed tyre valve caps.
As fitted at the factory to set off your chrome wheel rims and shiny zinced spokes these were widely used in the 1960's and 70's but have not been supplied with new valves and inner tubes for many years now.
Complete with correct inner rubber valve seal.
The devil is in the detail with bike restoration - and these will provide an authentic talking point - as well as a handy tyre valve tool should you ever need one.
